  • Booking Details: Tour or taxi booking information, dates, flight number (optional), arrival time (optional), number of adults and children, photos of members (optional), baby chair/surfboard requirements, and baggage details.

For Drivers:

  • Account Registration: Full name, address, phone number, email, and password.
  • Profile & Verification: Driver's license (number and photo), National Guide License (if applicable), Tourism Guide License (if applicable), a valid Police Report (updated monthly), profile photos, and details of your experience.
  • Vehicle Details: Vehicle number, type, name, number of seats, 5 vehicle photos, and cost per KM details.

For Partners:

  • Business name, contact information, and registration details.

For Bloggers & Reviewers:

  • Content you submit, such as travel blogs, reviews, and ratings.

B. Financial Information

We do not store your full credit card details. All online payments are processed securely through our payment gateway, PayHere. We may store a token or transaction ID to confirm payment. For cash payments, we may require Drivers to upload a bank slip for commission verification.

C. Information Collected Automatically

When you use our Service, we may automatically collect certain information, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, and information about your usage of our site (e.g., pages visited).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide and Manage the Service: Create your account, process your bookings, and connect Guests with Drivers and Partners.
  • Safety and Security: Verify Driver identities using licenses and monthly police reports. Monitor for fraud and ban users who violate our terms.
  • Process Payments: Manage subscriptions (for Drivers and Partners), calculate and collect commissions, and process payments for hires.
  • Communicate with You: Send booking confirmations, daily hire reminders, "thank you" emails, and respond to your inquiries or complaints.
  • Personalize Your Experience: Recommend hotels, activities, or provide relevant discounts.
  • Manage Content: Publish guest-written blogs and reviews.
  • Award Rewards: Manage our referral program, coupon system, and guest loyalty points.

Your information is shared only as necessary to provide the Service:

  • With Drivers: We share the Guest's name, pickup location, time, and booking details (like baby chair/surfboard needs) to fulfill the hire.
  • With Guests: We share the Driver's public profile (name, photo, experience, vehicle details) and location once a hire is confirmed.
  • With Payment Processors: We share transaction details with PayHere to process payments.
  • For Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, such as to respond to a subpoena or a request from law enforcement.

We will never sell your personal information to third parties.
